Prices and quotations
 
-All prices are exclusive of VAT & carriage. The online shopping cart will automatically add those up.
-Prices may be subject to changes without prior notice.
-Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
-Please contact us for large orders and OEM prices.

 

 

 

Special offers
 
-Special offers are subject to availability and are based on a first call first served basis.
-No special offer can be reserved until full payment is received.
-Samples are not available on special offers.
-There is no warranty on special offers unless otherwise agreed.

 

 


Samples 
 
-Testing samples are available for all non promotional products only.
-Testing samples are only available for VAT registered companies.
-Samples are available for a 14 day evaluation period only unless otherwise agreed.
-Samples kept after the trial period must be paid at prices stated on our current price list, unless otherwise agreed.
-An invoice will be issued and credit card details will be taken to allow dispatch of samples.
-Should the sample be unsuitable, the customer may return it to the KM Group or agent  intact and within the 14 day trial period.
-If samples are not received intact or on time, credit card payment shall be processed as for a regular purchase.
-If samples are received intact and on time, credit card payment for carriage to your premises only will be processed.
-A credit will be raised for the full amount of the sample (minus carriage) providing:
-It is sent back within the 14 day trial period,
-It is received intact with all its original parts (Power Supply Unit, Power Cable, Manual, Full kit box),
-It is in its original clean packaging.
-All transport charges (for shipping and returning goods) are due by the customer and the refund will NOT include ANY transport charge.
-If any of the above conditions is not met, the KM Group reserves the right to refuse a Refund.
 
 


Placing an order
 
-There is no need to open an account to place an order.
-Orders can be placed by telephone, E-mail or fax, online or using this Order Form.
-
Anyone, businesses or members of the public worldwide is welcome to place an order.
 


OEM orders

 

We supply OEM orders directly from the Far East.

 -Minimum Quantity:

   -PC cases: 20 foot containers (about 500 Pcs cases depending on item and packaging).

   -Power Supply Units: Pallets (from 200 Pcs).

-Single pack or bulk pack available.

-Lead time: from 6 weeks.

-Custom design available.

-Logo printing on product and packaging available.

-Stock may be held in Europe for emergency orders.

-Sample available for testing.

Payment 
 
-Full payment should be received prior dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.
-Payment can be made by the following methods:
-All major credit cards are accepted, there is no surcharge for credit card payments.
-Cheques should be made payable to: Kate & McKenzie Ltd.
-BACS, T/T

-Online payment via Paypal.

-Letter Of Credit.
-Ask for your nearest KM branch Bank Details. 
-Members of the public are welcome to purchase goods directly from the KM Group but credit card payment must be done online to our Paypal account. there is no need to hold a Paypal account to pay online.

 

 


Delivery
 
Delivery prices
 
-All prices are exclusive of VAT & carriage.

-The online shopping cart automatically adds up the carriage and VAT for small orders.

-Please contact us for large orders delivery cost.
-Carriage depends on the weight of the consignment.

-Goods are generally shipped from your nearest depot but may be shipped from an other of our depots depending on stock availability. This may affect the delivery time.
-Alternatively, goods can be collected by the customer or his own courier. Please make sure goods are ready before arranging a collection.
-Timed delivery may be arranged at extra cost.
-delivery charges are are fixed by our courier and are therefore not negotiable.

 
Delivery time
 
-Goods are generally delivered within 2/3 days from date of payment.

-Delivery time may take up to 10 to 15 days if not shipped out from your local KM depot.
-Goods are shipped by courier or standard post depending on quantity ordered and shipping depot.

 
 


Damage & shortage
 
-Shortage or damage should be clearly reported on courier consignment note when receiving goods and should be notified to the KM Group within 3 day of delivery (See details of your depot on the delivery note).
-We strongly recommend that item number and condition are carefully checked before signing signing any document.
-The KM Group will refund, repair or replace goods providing prompt notice is given and providing it is proven that damage or loss occurred during transit.

 

 


Warranty

-Fujitsu mainboards are covered by a 2 year warranty.

-All other goods are covered by a 1 year warranty,

-Promotional items are not covered by any warranty unless otherwise agreed.
 

 


Returns
 
-All returns must be accompanied with a filled returns form, and a valid RMA number provided by the KM Group. Returns sent without RMA number will be rejected and the customer will be charged for the return delivery.
-If a replacement is required, damage parts may be returned on their own (this apply for :Power Supply Units, Top Covers, Side Panels, Front Panels...).
-If a credit/refund is required, goods must include all original equipments (Power Supply Unit, Power Cable, Manual, Full kit box).
-Any missing parts will not be replaced or credited.
-All returns should be sent back to your nearest depot.
-It is the customers' responsibility to pay carriage on return of goods.
-All goods must be returned in adequate packaging.
-Goods will be repaired, replaced or credited providing:
-The above conditions are met,
-They were purchased from the KM Group,
-They are still covered by the 1 year warranty policy.
-Goods out of warranty or not bought from the KM Group will not be replaced or credited & will be resent at the customer's expenses.
-If any of the above conditions is not met, the KM Group reserves the right to refuse a return.
 

 


Data protection act
 
-We take the data protection act seriously and do not make your details and information available to any other commercial organization.
-We may occasionally inform you of new products and special offers we believe may be of interest to you. Please do inform us if you do not wish to be updated. 

 


 
Ownership & risk

 

-The risk in the goods shall pass from the KM Group to the customer upon delivery.
-The property of goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment is received in full.
